The electric honeycomb opener is a bee knife with a built-in heater intended for removing the honeycomb cell covers. Made of stainless steel blade with a built-in heater whose temperature is regulated via a thermostat on which work can be limited in time. The blade is straight and slightly serrated on both sides. The handle is made of wood and is well thermally insulated from the heating surface, so the heat transfer is negligible. The length of the knife blade is 25 cm. The electric honeycomb switch is designed to operate on 220V AC.
